ELCO 77, Lampeter-Strasburg 58
On Monday night, ELCO hosted Section 3 rival Lampeter-Strasburg and put together a dominant first half to take control early. The Raiders scored at will over the opening two quarters, building a commanding 54–25 halftime advantage.
The scoring surge was led by Kaden Tillison, who poured in 17 points in the first half on his way to a game-high 26. The run was capped by a highlight-reel moment, as Ellis Gensamer knocked down a buzzer-beating three from three-quarters court — one of his two three-pointers in the opening quarter.
The pace slowed in the second half as ELCO comfortably coasted to the victory.
In addition to Tillison’s 26 points, which included four three-pointers, Josiah Hayes finished with 20 points, while Austin Smith added 15.
ELCO (6-1) will be back in action on Tuesday evening when they host Annville-Cleona.
