We’re excited to announce the nominees for the 2025 LebCo All-County Baseball Team! It wasn’t easy narrowing down the list—there’s a lot of talent in the county this year. Now, we need your help to decide who takes home top honors.

Cast your vote for Offensive Player of the Year, Pitcher of the Year, & Rookie of the Year.

The Nominees

Offensive Player of the Year

David Furjanic (Lebanon / Sr.)
Furjanic turned in a standout senior season, leading the Cedars in most offensive categories. He posted a .438 batting average and a .550 on-base percentage, collecting 28 hits including 9 doubles and 1 triple. He scored 24 runs, drove in 7, and stole 20 bases, consistently setting the tone at the top of the lineup.

Adrian Gonzalez (Northern Lebanon / Jr.)
Gonzalez had a standout junior season at the plate, hitting .462 with a .583 on-base percentage. He tallied 30 hits, scored 23 runs, and drove in 11, adding 3 doubles and 3 stolen bases. His performance, combined with his effort on the mound, earned him 1st Team All-State honors.

Braden Gettle (ELCO / Jr.)
Gettle played a pivotal role in powering the Raiders’ offense this season, leading the team in several key statistical categories. He posted a .367 batting average and a .480 on-base percentage, collecting 22 hits, including 8 doubles. As a result, he had 17 RBI. Additionally he scored 11 times and stole 5 bases. His consistent production led to him being selected First Team – LL Section 3.

Noah Morcom (Annville-Cleona / Sr.)
Morcom posted a strong offensive season for the Dutchmen, leading the team in batting average (.383), slugging percentage (.567), doubles (7), triples (2), and stolen bases. He recorded 23 hits, 10 RBI, 14 runs scored, and 9 extra-base hits, while also posting a .464 OBP. Morcom is headed to PSU – Harrisburg to continue his baseball career.

Tyler Peck (Palmyra / Sr.)
Peck was a standout performer and four-year varsity player for Palmyra, serving as the starting catcher in all 25 games this season. He led the Mid Penn Conference in extra-base hits and home runs, finishing the year with a .490 batting average and a 1.684 OPS. His 17 extra-base hits included 7 home runs and 3 triples, helping him rack up 26 RBIs. Always clutch, Peck delivered three game-winning hits. He earned 1st Team Mid Penn and 2nd Team All-State honors. Next season, he will continue his career at Bishop State, following in the footsteps of Palmyra alum and current Marlins prospect Gage Miller.

Austin Smith (ELCO / Jr.)
Smith was a key contributor for ELCO this season, providing speed and consistency at the top of the lineup. He recorded a .324 batting average and a .439 on-base percentage, tallying 22 hits, including 2 doubles and 3 triples. He scored 21 runs, stole 11 bases, and added 8 RBI. His all-around performance earned him a First Team – LL Section 3 honors.

Aiden Willard (Palmyra / Jr.)
Willard was a key offensive force for Palmyra, leading the team in both hits and RBIs. The outfielder posted a .418 batting average and a .483 on-base percentage while driving in 29 runs and scoring 20 times. He recorded 14 extra-base hits, including 3 triples and 3 home runs. His outstanding performance earned him First Team All-State honors.

 

Connor Stoltz (Northern Lebanon / Sr.)

Stoltz powered the Vikings’ offense with a stellar .478 batting average and a .566 on-base percentage. He collected 32 hits, including 14 for extra bases with 3 home runs, while driving in 27 runs and scoring 25 times. Stoltz added 2 stolen bases and was a steady presence behind the plate, anchoring the defense as one of the region’s top catchers. Stoltz was rewarded by being named 1st Team All-State.



 

 

 


 

 

Pitcher of the Year

Gavin Bicher (ELCO / Sr.)
Bicher anchored the ELCO pitching staff with a strong senior season, throwing 49.1 innings and posting a 5-3 record with one save. He recorded 37 strikeouts, maintained a 2.90 ERA, and held opposing hitters to a .219 batting average. He also demonstrated strong field awareness with three pickoffs.

Braydon Bown (Palmyra / Jr.)
Bown had a dominant season on the mound, compiling an 8-0 record with a 2.00 ERA across 12 appearances and 49 innings pitched. He struck out 80 batters while issuing just 20 walks, and held opposing hitters to a .176 batting average with only two extra-base hits allowed. His performance earned him Second Team All-State honors.

Ben Discullo (Lebanon / Sr.)
Discullo logged 42 innings on the mound, striking out 47 batters while holding opponents to a .298 batting average and allowing just one extra-base hit all season. He posted a 2-4 record, highlighted by back-to-back wins over Conestoga Valley and Lampeter-Strasburg, including a dominant 6-inning, 11-strikeout shutout performance against the Pioneers.

Traian Dompier (Annville-Cleona / Jr.)
Dompier was a key contributor out of the bullpen for the Dutchmen, posting a 1.09 ERA over 32 innings in 10 appearances, with 6 coming in relief. He struck out 28 batters while holding opponents to a .198 batting average, allowing just 24 hits—only 2 of which went for extra bases. He finished the season with a 4-2 record.

Adrian Gonzalez (Northern Lebanon / Jr.)
Gonzalez led the Vikings on the mound with a dominant 9-1 record, throwing 55.1 innings with 63 strikeouts. He posted two complete games, including a shutout, and held opponents to a .237 batting average without allowing a single extra-base hit all season. His performance earned him 1st Team All-State recognition.

Colten Shaffer (Annville-Cleona / Sr.)
Shaffer had an impressive senior season on the mound for the Dutchmen, posting a 1.56 ERA with 79 strikeouts over 45 innings pitched. Opponents hit just .167 against him, managing only 27 hits—just 3 of which went for extra bases. Despite a 1-4 record, Annville-Cleona went 5-3 in games he started. Next season, Shaffer plans to join the Millersville Marauders.

Austin Smith (ELCO / Jr.)
Smith delivered an impressive season on the mound, finishing with a 3-2 record and one save across 38 innings pitched. He struck out 50 batters, recorded a 2.21 ERA, and limited opponents to a .209 batting average, establishing himself as one of ELCO’s top arms.

Jonathan Strohecker (Palmyra / Sr.)
Strohecker delivered a dominant senior season on the mound, going 7-0 in the regular season and 9-1 overall while leading Palmyra to a perfect 20-0 regular season record and a Mid Penn Championship. He posted a 0.83 ERA in the regular season (1.63 overall), with 87 strikeouts, just 15 walks, and a 0.860 WHIP over 69.0 innings pitched. Opponents hit just .176 against him in the regular season (.183 overall), and he allowed only 17 runs across 10 appearances. Strohecker was the winning pitcher in a statement victory over previously undefeated Pittston (23-0) in the first round of the State Playoffs — one of the biggest wins in program history. As a result of his stellar season, he was selected First Team All-State. Strohecker plans to continue his baseball career at James Madison University.

Rookie of the Year

Christian Anspach (Northern Lebanon / Fr.)
Anspach made an immediate impact as a freshman, appearing in all 22 games and starting 21. He batted .279 with a .396 on-base percentage, tallying 12 hits, 6 RBIs, and 11 runs scored. He also swiped 3 bases and provided steady play throughout the season, earning LL Section 4 First Team honors in his debut campaign.

Tyce Boyer (ELCO / Jr.)
Boyer was a reliable contributor for ELCO, finishing the season with a .302 batting average and an impressive .464 on-base percentage. He drove in 6 runs, stole 7 bases, and consistently found ways to get on base. His performance earned him a selection as Second Team – LL Section 3.

Zach Martin (ELCO / Jr.)
Martin brought a steady presence to the Raiders’ lineup, batting .300 with an OBP of .333. He totaled 18 hits, 8 RBI, and swiped 10 bases over the course of the season. His overall contributions were recognized with a selection as Second Team – LL Section 3.

Jack Santana (Palmyra / So.)
Santana made a strong impact as a sophomore for Palmyra, earning 3rd Team Mid Penn All-Star honors. He posted a .349 batting average with a .951 OPS, adding 4 extra-base hits and 5 RBI. Defensively, he was reliable at third base, committing only two errors throughout the season.

Alex Shaffer (Annville-Cleona / So.)
As a sophomore, Shaffer appeared in 19 games. He recorded 27 plate appearances with a .200 batting average and a .296 on-base percentage. Shaffer also drove in 5 runs, but more importantly, he gained valuable experience that will play a key role in the future for the Dutchmen.

Skylar Sherman (Cedar Crest / So.)
Sherman turned in a solid debut season for the Falcons, finishing with a .296 batting average and a .415 on-base percentage. He tallied 16 hits, including five multi-hit games, and drove in six runs.
