Below are the nominees for the 2024 LebCo All-County Girls Track & Field Team. It was challenging to narrow down the list to include just some of the top performers. We are now asking for your assistance in helping us to rank them.

Sprints
Carter Cheslock (Northern Lebanon)
Senior. Cheslock served as a steady force in the Viking line-up. At the Lancaster Lebanon League Meet, he finished 11th in the 400m. His season-time time was 52.84.
Jalik Hill (Lebanon)
Senior. Hill ended his high school career at the District 3 AAA Championships with a 7th-place finish in the 200m. He also placed 14th in the 400m. At the Lancaster Lebanon League Meet, Hill picked up two medals, placing 3rd in the 200m and 4th in the 400m. He was also the LebCo Champ in the 400m. His season-best times were 22.60 and 50.74, respectively.
Tyler Long (Lebanon)
Senior. Long used his speed in the 400m to earn a 7th-place medal in the Lancaster Lebanon League Championship and was a District 3 qualifier in the event. His top time was 51.74, and he used his speed to aid both the Cedar 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams.
Jeremiah Santiago (Cedar Crest)
Senior. At the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships, Santiago finished 9th in both the 100m and 200m. He was a District 3 Qualifier in the 200m with a season-best time of 22.94. In the 100m, he was 2nd in the 100m at the LebCo Championships, an event in which he clocked a season-best time of 11.34.
Leo Tirado (Cedar Crest)
Senior. Tirado finished his high school career, offering the Falcons a reliable scoring option. His season-best time in the 100m was 11.22 at the Black Knight Invitation. Tirado also served as a key leg of the 4x100m team.
Jacob Burgess (Palmyra)
Junior. Burgess was the LebCo Champion in the 100m and 200m. He went on to qualify for the District 3 AAA Championships. His top times were 11.07 and 22.44, respectively.
Jon Moran (Annville-Cleona)
Sophomore. His speed offered Annville a top-end sprinting option all the way to Moran earning a 5th place medal at the District 3 AA Championships in the 200m. He clocked a season-best time of 23.60. Moran also served as a leg on the 4x400m team that earned silver at Districts.
Collin Readinger (ELCO)
Sophomore. Readinger offered ELCO another sprint option, evidenced by his season-best 200m time of 22.90. He used his speed to take 3rd in the event at the LebCo Championship Meet. He was also a member of the 4x100m that set the new school record.
Distance
Ramon Urena Batista (Lebanon)
Senior. Urena Batista set new Lebanon records in the 1600m (4:17.18) and 3200m (9:30.16). In the 1600m, he was a State qualifier, finishing 26th overall. At the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships, he placed 5th in the 1600m and 7th in the 3200m. In the 800m, he finished 12th at the District 3 AAA Championship and was the LebCo Champion. His season-best time in the 800m was 1:57.49.
Camden Marquette (ELCO)
Senior. The senior offered ELCO range in the middle distance events, locking down the 400m and the 800m. Marquette ran a 51.74 to qualify for the District 3 AAA Championships. In the 800m, Marquette ran a 1:59.11 and won silver at the LebCo Championship Meet. He was a key member of both the 4x400m and 4x800m relays.
Tyler Shunk (Northern Lebanon)
Senior. At the District 3 AAA Championships, Shunk finished his high school career with a 10th-place finish in the 3200m. Additionally, he was the LebCo Champion and finished 8th at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships. It was in this race that he set the Northern Lebanon school record, clocking an all-time best of 9:34.72. He also ran a season-best time of 4:28 in the 1600m.
Cornelius Cummings (Palmyra)
Sophomore. At the Mid Penn Conference Championships, Cummings placed 5th in the 3200m with a time of 9:50.7. He was also 12th in the 1600m, recording a time of 4:31.97. At the LebCo Championship Meet, Cummings finished 2nd in the 1600m and 3rd in the 3200m.
Oliver Funck (Annville-Cleona)
Sophomore. He was a State qualifier in both the 1600m and 3200m. His top times in the events were 4:30.90 and 9:40.40. He was the LebCo Championship Meet silver medalist in the 3200m. Funck was also a key member of Annville’s District 3 AA Champion 4x800m team.
Travis Furmanski (Cedar Crest)
Sophomore. Furmanski continued his progression in offering the Falcons a serious threat in long-distance races. In the 3200m, he finished the season with a top time of 9:49.18.
David Moran (Annville-Cleona)
Sophomore. After running the Lancaster Lebanon League’s fastest 800m during the season, Moran finished 2nd at the LL Championship. He then went on to win silver at the District 3 AA Championship before placing 3rd at the PIAA State Championships. Moran’s top time in his signature event was 1:55.57. He also used his speed to help Annville to the 4x800m District title.
Hurdles
Joseph Escobales (Northern Lebanon)
Senior. Escobales was a District 3 qualifier in the 300m IM Hurdles, finishing 24th overall. He also placed 3rd in the event at the LebCo Championship Meet. His season-best time in the event was 41.78.
Reed Fretz (Cedar Crest)
Senior. In the 110m High Hurdles, Fretz finished 8th in the Lancaster Lebanon League. His season-best time in the event was 15.59. He also served on the Cedar Crest 4x400m team.
Luke Macchione (ELCO)
Senior. In the 300m IM Hurdles, Macchione earned an 8th place medal at the District 3 AAA Championships after finishing 6th in the Lancaster Lebanon League and 2nd at the LebCo Championship Meet. He was also a District qualifier in the 110m High Hurdles. Macchione’s season-best times were 16.24. and 40.34.
Jonathan McDannell (Palmyra)
Senior. McDannell finished his high school career by qualifying for States in the 110m High Hurdles, eventually finishing 26th. In the event, he finished 5th at the District 3 AAA Championships and also competed in the 300m IM Hurdles. McDannell finished 4th in the Mid Penn and was a silver medalist at the LebCo Championship Meet. His season-best times were 14.84 and 41.74.
Tim Montijo (Annville-Cleona)
Senior. Montijo was a District 3 qualifier in the 110m High Hurdles, finished 14th in AA. His season-best time was 17.18, while he also clocked a 43.72 in the 300m IM Hurdles.
Tyler Burgess (Palmyra)
Junior. Burgess finished the season winning the State Championships in the 110m High Hurdles and the 300m IM Hurdles. He was also the District 3, Mid Penn, and LebCo Champion in both events. His season-best times in the two races were 13.74 and 37.47. He broke the District 3 Meet record in the 300m.

Jumps
Mason Bucks (Palmyra)
Senior. In Pole Vault, Bucks was the District 3 AAA Champion and finished 3rd at the PIAA State Championship. He was also the LebCo Champion and broke the county meet record that had stood since 1979. On the morning of the LebCo Meet, Bucks placed 2nd at the Penn Relays. His top Pole Vault during the season was 16’3″. He also flashed his talent in the High Jump, clearing 6’0″ to earn 4th at the Mid Penn Conference Championship Meet.
Ben Stohler (ELCO)
Senior. In the Triple Jump, his best event, Stohler gave ELCO a top-end option, recording a season-best jump of 41’1″.
Leo Tirado (Cedar Crest)
Senior. In the High Jump, Tirado placed 5th at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championship before placing 9th at the District 3 AAA Championship Meet. He was also the silver medalist at the LebCo Championship Meet. Tirado’s season-best jump was 6’2″.
Jacob Burgess (Palmyra)
Junior. In the Long Jump, Burgess was the Mid Penn Champion and set a new Palmyra record of 22’9.25″. With the best jump of his career, Burgess placed 4th at the District 3 AAA Championships before finishing 10th at States.
Wesley Heller (Annville-Cleona)
Junior. In the Long Jump, Heller placed 5th at the District 3 AA Championships. His season-best jump measured 20’3.75″.
Eddie Ferrer (Lebanon)
Sophomore. Despite his youth, Ferrer offered Lebanon a strong option in all three jumps. He finished the season by earning an 8th-place medal in the Triple Jump at the Lancaster Lebanon League Meet. He recorded a season-best jump in the Triple Jump of 41’3.5″, while his top High Jump was 5’10”.
Cam Tirado (Cedar Crest)
Sophomore. In the High Jump, Tirado placed 6th at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championship before placing 13th at the District 3 AAA Championship Meet. He took gold at the LebCo Championship Meet. Tirado’s season-best jump was 6’2″.
Throws
Tanner Feagley (Northern Lebanon)
Senior. In the Javelin, Feagley placed 4th at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships before placing 15th in District 3 (AAA). He was the runner-up at the LebCo Championship Meet. His season-best throw measured 172’2″.
Bryson Fogelsanger (Annville-Cleona)
Junior. In the Javelin, Fogelsanger placed 10th at the District 3 AA Championships. His season-best throw was marked at 148’2″.
Dylan Groff (Cedar Crest)
Junior. In the Javelin, Groff set a new Lancaster Lebanon Championship Meet record on his way to winning gold. He was also the LebCo Champion before going on to place 5th at Districts and then 17th in the State. Groff’s season-best throw was 186’3″
Alex Kissinger (Cedar Crest)
Junior. At the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships, Kissinger placed 5th in the Shot Put and 8th in the Discus. He was the LebCo Champion in the Discus and went on to place 15th at the District 3 AAA Championship Meet. His season-best throw in the Discus was 129’8″, while his best throw in the Shot Put was 49’0.5″.
Tristan Long (Cedar Crest)
Junior. Long finished 4th in the Shot Put after winning the LebCo Championship. He then placed 18th at the District 3 AAA Championships. His season-best throw was 49’3.5″
Relays
Annville-Cleona – 4x800m
Matthew Clemson, Oliver Funck, Landon Hostetter, David Moran. This unit won the Lancaster Lebanon League Championship and then went on to win the District 3 AA Championship. They ran a season-best time of 8:06.66.
Cedar Crest – 4x100m
Leo Tirado, Jeremiah Santiago, Cam Tirado, Shade Rahman. Finished with a silver medal at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championship Meet and was a District 3 qualifier. The season-best time was 43.34.
ELCO – 4x800m
Luke Macchione, Ben Macchione, Camden Marquette, Chad Keller. This team finished 8th at the District 3 AAA Championships. They ran their season-best time of 8:06.82 to place 2nd at the prestigious Henderson Invitation.
Lebanon – 4x400m
Jalik Hill, Owen Kreider, Tyler Long, Ramon Urena. The team clocked a season-best time of 3:29.24, qualifying for Districts after placing 5th in the Lancaster Lebanon League. They were also the first team to cross the finish line at the LebCo Championships, but a post-race DQ cost them the gold medal.
Palmyra – 4x100m
Jacob Burgress, Tyler Burgess, Jonathan McDannell, Travis McDannell. The LebCo Champions placed 3rd at the Mid Penn Championships, 6th at the District 3 AAA Championships, and then 9th at States. They ran a season-best time of 42.51.
