This is a brief look at where each of the LebCo teams rank in the District 3 Power Rankings. There are times when  there is a lag in the Power Rankings due to constant contests throughout the Spring.

However, this this will give you an idea where all of LebCo’s teams currently stand in the power ranked sports of Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Boys Tennis, and Boys Volleyball. Track & Field is not a power ranked sport.

Below, we also take a look at how the power ratings compare for every LebCo Baseball & Softball team.

Congrats to the Boys Tennis teams from Annville-Cleona, Cedar Crest, & ELCO for qualifying for Districts. See below for their 1st round matchups.

Baseball – LebCo Power Rankings

Using the rating that is calculated from the District 3 Power Rankings, here is a list in order of how our LebCo Baseball teams stack up when considering their win/loss totals and strength of schedule.

Palmyra has continued rolling and currently hold a perfect 15-0 record after going 2-0 this past week. Northern Lebanon (14-2) was 2-1 and still hold one of the top spots in 4A. ELCO (10-7) was the big mover this past week with three wins.

One of the big stories this week was Lebanon, who picked up two upset victories over Warwick & Lampeter-Strasburg. If they can string together some wins over the final stretch of the season, the Cedars may find themselves in the District 3 playoff mix.

1)  Palmyra – 0.790250 (Last week #1)

2)  Northern Lebanon – 0.743660 (Last week #2)

3)  ELCO – 0.58585 (Last week #5)

4)  Cedar Crest – 0.572524 (Last week #3)

Softball – LebCo Power Rankings

Using the rating that is calculated from the District 3 Power Rankings, here is a list in order of how our LebCo Softball teams stack up when considering their win/loss totals and strength of schedule.

Northern Lebanon (11-2) stayed in the top-spot in 4A after going 2-1 this past week. A major win over Donegal highlighted the week, while a loss to 6A Central York will not hurt their long-term playoff prospects.

Annville-Cleona (10-4) went 3-1 last week, as they continued to climb in the overall rankings.

ELCO (13-3) remains a strong contender in 4A, and despite a close 7-6 loss to Donegal, the Raiders showed yet again that they can go toe-to-toe with anyone.

1)  Northern Lebanon – 0.771086 (Last week #1)

2)  Annville-Cleona – 0.712230 (Last week #3)

3)  ELCO 0.700667 (Last week #2)

4)  Palmyra – 0.379272 (Last week #4)

5)  Cedar Crest – 0.371390 (Last week #6)

6)  Lebanon – 0.364262 (Last week #5)
