Sprints
Carissa Bender (ELCO)
Senior. Consistently finished in the top two in the 100m at each dual meet, running a season best time of 13.0. These points in the sprints were critical to ELCO repeating as the LL Section 3 Champions.
Mileyska Calderon (Lebanon)
Senior. At the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships, she placed 10th running a 12.67 in the 100m to set a new Lebanon High School Record. This time was 4th among all LebCo Girls during the season. Her fastest 200m time of 26.1 and top 400m time of 1:00.54 ranked her 3rd in each event.
Kendall Cooper (Annville-Cleona)
Sophomore. At the District 3 Championships, she finished 3rd in the 400m, 4th in the 200m, and was a member of the silver medal winning 4x100m. She was the Lebanon County Champion in the 100m before medaling in the 200m and 400m at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships. Her top times in each of the sprints were all ranked among the LebCo Girls: 100m – 3rd (12.4); 200m – 2nd (26.24); 400m – 2nd (59.96).
Kaddel Howard (Cedar Crest)
Freshman. PIAA State Champion in the 400m. Her time of 53.50 set a new Lancaster Lebanon League Record. Set a new District 3 Meet Record while winning gold. In the 200m, her winning time of 24.01 at the Lebanon County Championships was also a new LL League Record. Her 100m time of 11.7 was 1st among all LebCo Girls and set a new Cedar Crest record. Also was the anchor the 4x800m team that won a 7th place medal at States with her running a 2:14.78 as the anchor leg.
Delaney Miller (Palmyra)
Sophomore. In the 100m she placed 10th at the Mid Penn Championships running a 13.10. Also placed 15th in the 200m, an event where her season best time was a 26.78.
Sara Rich (Northern Lebanon)
Senior. Served as Northern Lebanon’s top sprinter, helping the team to score critical points in their three wins. At the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships, she finished 18th in the 200m with a time of 28.19. Her season best time in the 100m was 14.17.
Distance
Abby Berarducci (Palmyra)
Junior. At the Lebanon County Championship, she finished in 2nd place in the 800m and 1600m. Her season best time of 2:27.24 in the 800m ranked 4th among all LebCo Girls this season, while her top 1600m time of 5:20.90 ranked 3rd. At the Mid Penn Championships, she ran the double, finishing 15th in the 800m and 12th in the 1600m.
Lizzie Lowe (Cedar Crest)
Junior. Top-ranked open 800m in LebCo this season, running a season-best time of 2:20.7. She was also ranked 4th in the 400m and the 1600m. Served as the important second leg of Cedar Crest’s 7th-place finish in the 4x800m at the PIAA State Championships.
Alyssa Marlowe (Northern Lebanon)
Senior. At the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships she finished 22nd in the 3200m. Her season best time was 13:47.
Mackenzie Stellmach (Annville-Cleona)
Freshman. At the District 3 Championship Meet, she finished 2nd in the 3200m, 5th in the 1600m, and was a member of the 4x800m Relay that took silver. At the PIAA State Championship, she finished 17th in the 3200m and the Relay finished 19th. Her top 3200m time of 12:02.55 (at Districts) ranked her 1st among all LebCo Girls, something she proved on her way to winning the Lebanon County Championship.
Isabel Zwally (ELCO)
Senior. Finished 15th in the 3200m at the Lancaster Lebanon League Meet, the top finish of all LebCo Girls at the event. Her top time of the season run at that meet was a 12:49.15.
LebCo Girls Track & Field Top Performers: 2023 Season
Hurdles
Toccoa Boyer (Northern Lebanon)
Senior. Finished 15th in the 300m IM Hurdles at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships after running a season best time of 50.92. Her time ranked her 5th among all LebCo Girls this season.
Shannon Dorsey (Cedar Crest)
Sophomore. The Lebanon County Champion in the 100m High Hurdles, she went onto finish 10th at the Lancaster Lebanon Leauge Championships and qualified for the District 3 Championships.
Jacey Hentz (ELCO)
Senior. Finished as the silver medalist in the 100m High Hurldes at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championship Meet, finishing just .01 behind the winner. Finished 16th overall at the District 3 Championship Meet.
Kya Missimer (Annville-Cleona)
Sophomore. Filled a necessary point scoring role for the Dutchmen, taking up the challenge of both hurdle events. She ran a top time of 18.05 in the 100m High Hurdles and a 52.72 in the 300m IM Hurdles. Finished 21st in both at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships.
Isabella Temple (Palmyra)
Freshman. The Lebanon County Champion in the 300m IM Hurdles, her time of 49.23 remained the fastest time run by a LebCo Girl during the season. She went onto finish 13th at the Mid Penn Championships in that event. Her top time in the 100m High Hurdles was 17.66.
Jumps
Mileyska Calderon (Lebanon)
Senior. Finished 4th in the Long Jump at the PIAA State Championships when she measured a career best 18’3.25”. Won the Black Knight Invitational. On the season, she led all LebCo Girls by 8″. Set a new Lebanon High record while despite practicing without a pit all season due to a construction project at Lebanon.
Jacey Hentz (ELCO)
Senior. At the PIAA State Championships, finished 13th in the Long Jump and 12th in the Pole Vault. At Districts she finished 5th in both events after finishing 4th in both at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships. For the season, she ranked 2nd among all LebCo Girls in both events with a season best Long Jump of 17’7.25″ and a top clearing height in Pole Vault of 11’6″.
Claire Hoover (Annville-Cleona)
Senior. At the District 3 Championships, tied for 5th in the High Jump by clearing 4’8″.
Ashley Rich (Northern Lebanon)
Senior. Finished with a silver medal at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships in the High Jump. She went onto finish 10th in District 3. Her top jump of 5’2″ ranked her 3rd among all LebCo Girls this season.
Eliana Schneider (Cedar Crest)
Freshman. Finished as the silver medalist in the High Jump at the District 3 Championships before finished 11th at the PIAA State Championships. Her top jump of 5’4″ tied for tops among all LebCo Girls this season.
Lydia Stoner (Palmyra)
Senior. The Mid Penn Conference Champion in the High Jump, she went onto finish 5th at Districts and then 20th in the State. She was also the Lebanon County Champion. Her top leap of 5’4″ tied as the top mark among all LebCo Girls this season.
Throws
Olivia Appleby (Palmyra)
Senior. Finished as the silver medalist in the Javelin at the Mid Penn Championships. She went onto finish 5th at Districts and then 19th at the PIAA State Championships. Her top throw of 127’2″ ranked 3rd among all LebCo Girls.
Liliana Harrison (Lebanon)
Sophomore. Was the Lebanon County Champion in the Shot Put and Discus. At the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships, she finished 5th in Shot and 8th in Disc. She completed the season with the top Shot Put throw among all LebCo Girls (37’8″) and also ranked 3rd in the Discus (109’3″).
Ava Hoover (Annville-Cleona)
Sophomore. In the Discus, she finished 5th at the District 3 Championships after taking 7th at the Lancaster Lebanon League Championships. She finished the season with the 4th longest throw among all LebCo Girls this season.
Samantha Nelson (ELCO)
Senior. Finished with two medals at the PIAA State Championship Meet, taking 4th in the Javelin and placing 8th in the Discus. At the Lancaster Lebanon League Meet, she finished 2nd in the Discus. Her season best throw of 132’8″ in the Javelin came at States. During the season, her top throw in the Discus was a 129’4″.
Eliana Schneider (Cedar Crest)
Freshman. Won gold as the Lancaster Lebanon League Champion in the Javelin. Her season best throw of 145’10” ranked 1st among all LebCo Girls.
