Female Nominees

Allie Fink (Palmyra / So.) – Field Hockey: The sophomore helped fuel another dominant week for unbeaten Palmyra, scoring in Monday’s 3-0 shutout of Northern York before recording a hat trick in Wednesday’s 9-1 victory over Mifflin County. Fink’s offensive contributions helped the Cougars maintain their position among the District 3 Class 2A leaders.

Raphi Gomez (New Covenant / Fr.) – Soccer: The freshman goalkeeper returned from injury and immediately delivered 2 impressive performances, totaling 23 saves across consecutive conference matches. Gomez recorded double-digit stops in both games, helping the Flames withstand sustained offensive pressure.

Emma Heagy (Northern Lebanon / Sr.) – Soccer: The senior has been the driving force behind Northern Lebanon’s offense this season, recording 13 goals and 2 assists while helping the Vikings earn 7 victories. Heagy’s scoring ability and consistent contributions in the attack have made her a key part of Northern Lebanon’s success throughout the fall.

Caroline Heller (Cedar Crest / Sr.) – Volleyball: The senior totaled 47 kills across 3 matches, including 21 kills, 17 digs and 5 aces in Monday’s 5-set match against Northern Lebanon. Heller added 15 kills against Manheim Township and 11 more in Thursday’s sweep of Ephrata.

Jinger Martin (Cedar Crest / Jr.) – Field Hockey: Martin delivered the decisive moment in Thursday’s 2-1 comeback victory over Ephrata, scoring the game-winner with 5:30 remaining. Her goal, assisted by Rileigh Lightner, completed Cedar Crest’s comeback after the Falcons trailed during the second half.

Devyn Meyer (Annville-Cleona / Fr.) – Tennis: The freshman reached the Lancaster-Lebanon League Class 2A No. 1 singles semifinals and qualified for the District 3 Singles Tournament, becoming the first freshman in A-C history to accomplish the feat. Meyer also qualified for the District 3 Doubles Tournament alongside Nia Hafey.

Julia Wenger (ELCO / Jr.) – Volleyball: The junior established a record with 49 assists in ELCO’s thrilling 3-2 victory over Manheim Central. Wenger’s performance came as the Raiders continued their push toward a District 3 Class 4A playoff berth.

Male Nominees

Braeden Basehore (Palmyra / Sr.) – Football: The senior captain has provided a dependable presence on both sides of the line of scrimmage for Palmyra. Basehore has filled multiple offensive and defensive line positions as needed, providing versatility and consistency for the Cougars in a role where individual statistics rarely reflect the full extent of a player’s contributions.

Aidan Lezon (Annville-Cleona / Sr.) – Golf: The senior delivered an important counting score at Thursday’s Lebanon County Golf Championships at Fairview Golf Course, shooting an 81 to finish tied for 9th individually. Lezon’s round joined Benjamin Allwein’s 67 and Jefferson Allwein’s 75 to give Annville-Cleona a three-player total of 223, edging Cedar Crest by just 1 stroke (223-224) to claim the county championship.

Jevan Marquette (ELCO / Jr.) – Soccer: The junior erupted for 8 goals across 3 victories during the week. Marquette scored twice in a 2-0 win over Northern Lebanon, followed with 4 goals in a 5-2 victory over Lampeter-Strasburg and added 2 more in Saturday’s 4-0 shutout of Class 4A Governor Mifflin.

Gavin Mesón (New Covenant / Sr.) – Soccer: The senior led New Covenant’s attack with 6 goals across 2 victories, recording a hat trick in each contest. Beyond his finishing ability, Mesón played an important role creating opportunities and connecting the Flames’ midfield and attack.

Jemar Pauleus (Cedar Crest / Jr.) – Soccer: The junior produced 9 goals during a remarkable late-season stretch as Cedar Crest built a 6-game unbeaten streak, including significant victories over Warwick and Manheim Township. Pauleus finished as the Lancaster-Lebanon League Section 1 scoring leader with 20 goals.

Trae Quinones (Lebanon / Fr.) – Football: The freshman running back provided a spark for Lebanon after shifting to quarterback during Friday’s matchup against Exeter Township. Quinones threw a touchdown pass to Robles in the 3rd quarter before adding a rushing touchdown in the 4th, accounting for 2 of the Cedars’ 3 touchdowns.

Gauge Soliday (Lebanon / Jr.) – Soccer: The junior delivered a hat trick in Monday night’s 6-2 home victory over Annville-Cleona at Shiner Field. Soliday’s 3-goal performance helped power the Cedars to a convincing Lebanon County victory.

Antonio Tirado (Cedar Crest / Sr.) – Football: The senior provided a major defensive highlight in Friday’s 41-6 Homecoming victory over McCaskey, returning an interception for a touchdown. Tirado’s defensive score helped the Falcons build a 21-0 first-quarter advantage as Cedar Crest improved to 5-2.
