Details: Emily Cutman was the spark for the day for the Palmyra Lady Cougars. Senior, Emily Cutman, blasted a homerun in the 4th inning for the first score of the game. Cutman was clutch defensively, hustling for a foul ball and making a sliding catch for the out! In the 7th inning with two outs, Nitya Patel singled to left field to get on base for the Lady Cougars. She was followed by Mia Morrison who singled to right field and Patel advanced to third. Palmyra’s next batter, Vivian Jacoby, singled to right field, scoring Morrison and Patel to take the lead. Mollie White had an outstanding game on the mound with 19 strikeouts!
