Howard continued her 400m dominance with a third straight PIAA gold, breaking her own District 3 record by running 53.95 and clocking a season-best 53.12 in the State prelims. Undefeated in the event, she also claimed titles at the County, LL League, and District 3 Championships.

Eliana Schneider (Cedar Crest / Jr.)
