ELCO 1, Twin Valley 1 – Kailen Hibshman scored for the ELCO Raiders as they drew a tie with the Raiders from Twin Valley. ELCO is now 13-1-1.
GIRLS SOCCER
New Covenant 5, Lancaster County Christian 0 – Akaiya Hershey scored four goals with Riley Frisinger scoring once. Emma Stevenson made two saves on her way to earning the shutout.
Lampeter-Strasburg 2, ELCO 1 [2 OT]
Annville-Cleona 2, Lancaster Country Day 1 – Rowan Ulrich scored off of a feed from Mikayla Sperlich to get the Dutchmen on the board. Addison Sanchez delivered the game winning goal putting back the rebound following a LCDS save of a free kick by Ulrich.
Palmyra 3, Donegal 0 – Kenzie Long scored twice & Delaney Miller added a goal as the Lady Cougars collecte another shutout with Alyssa Stroik in net. Ava Lindemuth had two assists, while Elyse Ancharski also assisted on a goal.
BOYS SOCCER
New Covenant 2, Lancaster County Christian 1 – Owen Fisher & Gavin Meson each found the back of the goal and Grady Summers made nine saves to preserve the victory.

Girls – In the Champion Division, Annville-Cleona had two top ten finishes with Mackenzie Stellmach (19:42.5) finishing 2nd & her sister, Lucy Stellmach (20:14.6) finishing 8th. The Dutchmen finished 4th as a team. In the Challenge Division, Palmyra was led by Avery Rohrer (99th, 20:43.3), Amber McCurdy (106th, 20:48.6), & Sarah Sipe (114th, 20:56.3) as the Cougars finished 31st in the 42 team field.
Boys – In the very competitive field that was made up of 54 teams in the Challenge Division, including several of the State’s best, the Annville-Cleona finished 21st, Palmyra finished 34th, & Lebanon finished 47th. AC’s Oliver Funck (16:19.8) was the top LebCo finisher, coming in 28th out of the field of 369 runners. Cornelius Cummings of Palmyra finished 61st (16:44.2).

New Covenant 12, York Christian 0 – Keira Kanter, Kai Hershey, Riley Frisinger, & Leah Rotunda each scored two goals to lead the scoring parade. Laney Zimmerman, Hannah Hubbard, Elise Stoner, & Mariah Simniskis also added a goal a piece. The Flames are now 8-2.
Cedar Crest 2, Hempfield 1 – Scoring goals in the victorious effort were Hayden Wamsher & Cameron Blouch. Perrin Young & Alaina Miller picked up assists. Lily Harchuska made five saves in goal. The Lady Falcons are now 11-2.

Pequea Valley 2, Annville-Cleona 0 – In the first matchup, the score was 5-0 between these two teams. Without Landon Hostetter, a main piece of the Dutchmen attack, Annville still managed to close the gap, once again showing improvement.
Lancaster Country Day 4, Lebanon 1 – Owen Itzen scored the lone goal for the Cedars.

GIRLS TENNIS
Northern Lebanon 4, ELCO 3 – Northern Lebanon edged ELCO behind Singles wins from Hollinger & Wang and Doubles wins by Hollinger/Wang & Lopez/Troup. The Raiders were led by Reece Woelfling & Nicole Books, who won their Singles match, then teamed up for a win in Doubles.

Cedar Crest 3, Penn Manor 2 – Perrin Young, Hayden Wamsher, & Susie Hoffman each scored goals as Cedar Crest improved to 10-2. Cameron Blouch picked up an assist on Hoffman’s goal.

ELCO 2, Pequea Valley 0 – In the 26th minute, Ava Stewart scored on an assist from Kenzie Eckhart. Madi Nelson later added an insurance goal as the Raiders picked up the shutout. The ELCO defense was very strong, limiting Pequea Valley to just 3 shots in the game. ELCO is now 8-4.

ELCO 3, Lancaster Catholic 2 – Austin Smith scored twice for the Raiders, while Jevan Marquette added a goal & an assist. Ben Macchione had two assists. Tyce Boyer made 10 saves to preserve the victory. ELCO is now 6-3-2.

Penn Manor 2, Cedar Crest 1 – Joe Shkreli scored a goal in the 68th minute to give the Falcons a brief lead. However, the Comets responded minutes later with two goals to take the lead. Lucas Schreier assisted on Shkreli’s goal.

– In the razor thin victory, the Falcons benefitted from Travis Furmanski (17:11), Viseth Meng (17:38), & Tony Figueroa (17:39) finishing 2nd, 3rd, & 4th overall. Zach Margut (17:56) finished 8th and Arturo Chavez-Ramirez (18:00) solidified the victory with a 10th place finish.

– Mac Miller was Northern Lebanon’s top runner, finishing 4th with a 23:21.

– Luke Hentz (17:04) finished 1st overall to pace the Vikings to victory, defeating the top PV runner by just two seconds. Thaddeus Raub (17:56) picked up a key 3rd place, with Anthony Frederick (18:35) & Josiah Kelly (18:55) picking 5th & 6th place. Tucker Reaber (19:03) sealed the win by finishing 8th.

– The Dutchmen were led by the Stellmach sisters who finished 1st & 2nd overall. Mackenzie ran 21:20 and Lucy ran 21:49. ELCO was led by Lizzie Croft (22:01) who took 3rd and Shawna Donough (22:20) who took 4th.

– The Dutchmen were led by Oliver Funck who won the race with a 16:56, as Annville ended up taking 7 of the top 8 spots in the race. ELCO’s Chad Keller (17:17) broke up the sweep by finishing 2nd overall.

FIELD HOCKEY
ELCO 5, Northern Lebanon 0 – Addie Weiler scored twice to lead the Raiders, while Makenna Haas, Meredith Noll, and Alexa Shanaman added goals. Haas & Noll each also had an assist. Northern Lebanon’s Umbrell made 14 saves as ELCO outshot the Vikings 22-0. ELCO is now 13-1. Northern Lebanon is now 5-6.
Annville-Cleona 3, Octorara 2 – Ava Lopez Brandt led off the scoring to give the Dutchmen a 1-0 lead. Octorara then scored twice in the 2nd quarter to take a brief lead before Kendall Cooper, assisted by Lopez Brandt. tied it before half. With the score tied in the 4th quarter, Lopez Brandt took a pass from Cooper and beat the goalkeeper to score the game winning goal. Savannah Kleinfelter made 8 saves as Annville improved their record to 11-1.
Hempfield 5, Cedar Crest 0 – Mikayln Weaber made 10 saves in the cage for the Falcons, while Ava Schreier was credited with 2 defensive saves.

Annville-Cleona 1, Lancaster Mennonite 1 – Rowan Ulrich scored from 30 yards out on her only shot of the game, while Bailee Kohr provided a spectacular perfermance in net as the Dutchmen drew a tie with the Blazer. Kya Missimer & Mikayla Sperlich played strong defense to slow Mennonite.
New Covenant 6, West Shore Christian 4 – Akaiya Hershey scored 4 goals to lead the way. Keira Kantner & Qynne Demler each added a goal as the Flames broke away from West Shore to move to 7-2.

Lancaster Mennonite 3, Annville-Cleona 2 – Matt Clemson scored twice as the Dutchmen challenged Mennonite. Landon Hostetter picked up an assist. The first match-up between the teams was a 6-0 win by Mennonite, whereas this contest showed positive development by AC.
