Below are the nominees for the 2024 LebCo All-County Softball Team. The list of nominees was a tough one to compike and we need your help choosing the top Offensive Player, Pitcher, and Rookie.
Please read the nominations and then go to the linked form to cast your vote for who you feel deserves top honors.

Annville-Cleona: Finished 16-5. Lancaster Lebanon League Section 4 Runner-up. Qualified for District 3 AAA Playoffs.
Cedar Crest: Finished 0-20 with a young roster.
ELCO: Finished 15-5. Most wins in a season since 1997. Qualified for District 3 AAAA Playoffs.
Lebanon: Finished 2-18. Scored 40 runs more than previous season.
Northern Lebanon: Finished 18-5. Won the Lancaster Lebanon League Section 4 Championship. Qualified for the District 3 AAAA Playoffs.
Palmyra: Finished 2-18 with young roster.
The Nominees
Offensive Player of the Year
Brooke Beamesderfer (Northern Lebanon / Sr.)
The senior led the Vikings with a .431 batting average. Her 28 hits resulted in 27 RBI and 32 runs scored. Her big bat resulted in 3 home runs. Beamesderfer compiled a .523 OBP. Selected 1st Team – LL Section 4.
Abby Palkovic (Northern Lebanon / Sr.)
Back from injury, Palkovic led Northern Lebanon with 35 RBI during her senior campaign. Her performance included 9 home runs. Her .339 batting average also led to her crossing the plate 26 times following her 21 hits. Selected 1st Team – LL Section 4.
Seira Wolfe (Lebanon / Sr.)
The senior captain batted .400 with a .516 OBP. She had 20 hits and scored 20 runs, the first Cedar to do so since 2018. Wolfe, the team’s lead-off hitter, accounted for 8 RBI. Selected 1st Team – LL Section 2.
Danika Setlock (Annville-Cleona / Jr.)
The junior finished the season with a .500 batting average and a .584 OBP. With a slugging % of .887, Setlock racked up 31 hits, with 11 doubles, 2 triples, and 3 home runs on her way to driving 36 runs across the plate. She scored 32 runs. A tough out, Setlock was a strikeout victim only 2 times in 77 plate appearances throughout the season. Once on base, Setlock stole 8 bases. Selected 1st Team – LL Section 4.
Jenna Seyfert (Lebanon / Jr.)
The junior hit .419 with an OBP of .490. She had 18 hits, with 5 doubles and 2 home runs, leading to a team-high 17 RBI. Selected Honorable Mention – LL Section 2.
Gabby Smith (ELCO / Jr.)
She posted a .433 batting average and a .485 OBP while tallying 29 hits. Of her hits, 15 went for extra bases, including 5 triples and 3 home runs. Always clutch, she had 2 walk-off homers. As the Raiders’ lead-off hitter, Smith had 17 RBI and scored 25 runs. She was 6/6 on stolen base opportunities. In her 71 at-bats, Smith struck out only 8 times. Selected 1st Team – LL Section 3.
Sereniti Zidik (Lebanon / Jr.)
Led the Cedars with a .447 batting average, complete with a .544 OBP. She finished the season with 21 hits, 14 RBI, and 13 runs scored. Selected Honorable Mention – LL Section.
Addison Kubica (Northern Lebanon / So.)
During her sophomore season, Kubica hit .a team-leading .377. Her 23 hits led to 21 RBI and 19 runs scored. Selected 1st Team – LL Section 4.
Kate Poorman (Cedar Crest / So.)
A positive force for the Falcons, the sophomore recorded 7 hits, including 2 doubles, in 37 plate appearances. She drove in 4 RBI and scored 3 runs. Selected LL Section 1 – Honorable Mention.
Chloe Shirk (ELCO / So.)
After taking over as the catcher to help the team, Shirk continued to shine as an offensive threat for the Raiders. She finished the season batting .371 with a .418 OBP, totaling 23 hits and driving in 18 runs. Selected 1st Team – LL Section 3.
Anna Crawford (Palmyra / Fr.)
The freshman batted .361 for Palmyra, collecting 13 hits and 5 RBI. She also scored 7 runs and stole 5 bases. Selected 3rd Team – Mid Penn Keystone Division.
Pitcher of the Year
Meda Pulaski (Annville-Cleona / Sr.)
Serving as the primary pitcher for the Dutchmen, Pulaski started 20 games and logged 101.2 innings on the mound. In those games, the senior posted a 14-6 record, during which she carried a 2.82 ERA. Pulaski struck out 161 batters on her way to holding the opposition to a .186 batting average against her. Selected 1st Team – LL Section 4.
Lynsie Mauser (Northern Lebanon / Jr.)
The junior went 9-3 on the mound for the Vikings, touting a 1.53 ERA. She struck out 148 batters, while only walking 14.
Gabby Smith (ELCO / Jr.)
In 11 starts, Smith went 9-2 while posting a 3.13 ERA. She made it even more difficult for the opposition, striking out 127 batters in 69 innings. Smith is the ELCO school record holder with 488 career strikeouts. Selected 1st Team – LL Section 3.
Sereniti Zidik (Lebanon / Jr.)
The junior continued her development as the main pitcher for the Cedars. She appeared in 18 games, winning 2 of them. In 80 innings, Zidik struck out 86 batters she faced. Selected Honorable Mention – LL Section 2.
Addison Hollenbach (Northern Lebanon / So.)
The sophomore started 8 games, going 6-1 for Northern Lebanon. In 38.2 innings, Hollenbach struck out 67 batters.
Addison Nolen (Cedar Crest / So.)
The sophomore threw 38 innings while splitting time as the Falcons’ main pitcher. She struck out 14 batters and walked 22. While it was not an ideal season in terms of a win/loss perspective (0-11), Nolen continued her development that will be necessary for future success. Selected LL Section 1 – Honorable Mention.
Flashback: 2023 LebCo All-County Team
Rookie of the Year
Kenidee Gilbert (Lebanon / So.)
While Gilbert had never played softball before this season, she earned the starting catcher role for the Cedars. She had 8 RBI at the plate while batting .175 with a .298 OBP.
Temperence Brubaker (Annville-Cleona / Fr.)
The freshman quickly became a key player in Annville’s lineup, posting a .302 batting average and a .403 OBP. Brubaker totaled 16 hits, including 2 home runs, on her way to tallying 26 RBI and 21 runs scored. She also spent some time on the mound, pitching 3 innings and striking out 8 of 11 batters she faced while holding the opposition scoreless. Selected 1st Team – LL Section 4.
Julia Cole (Cedar Crest / Fr.)
The freshman posted a .264 batting average while collecting 9 hits, 2nd on the team in both categories. Her OBP of .375 was also 2nd for Crest. Cole had 2 RBI and scored 5 times.
Anna Crawford (Palmyra / Fr.)
The freshman batted .361 for Palmyra, collecting 13 hits and 5 RBI. She also scored 7 runs and stole 5 bases. On the mound, Crawford threw 40 innings and struck out 39. She won 1 game for the Cougars. Selected 3rd Team – Mid Penn Keystone Division.
