Palmyra 53, CD East 19 – The Cougars turned in a strong showing with several dominant contested victories, as Elijah Foltz, Russell Cisney, Grayson Cisney, Nicolas Gordon, Tyler Detwiler, Nicholas Weidman, and Kyler Sparks all earned pins. Aaron Andrew added a technical fall at 160 pounds, rounding out an impressive set of individual performances

ELCO 5, Lancaster Catholic 2 – The Raiders were led by Alexander Etmoyer, who posted a high game of 253 and a team-leading 596 series.

Hempfield 42, Cedar Crest 28 – The Falcons picked up a trio of contested victories in their matchup with Hempfield, with Lily Harchuska earning a fall at 130 pounds and Madelyn Shanfelder adding a dominant 13-2 major decision at 142.

McCaskey 61, Lebanon 6 – The Cedars struggled to break through against a strong McCaskey lineup, but Jaylani Estrada provided a bright spot with the Lebanon’s lone victory at 155 pounds, earning the win by forfeit.

 

Boys Wrestling

McCaskey 46, Lebanon 21 – The Cedars put together several strong individual performances in the loss to McCaskey, highlighted by Juan Ramos Vazquez (MD 13-4), Erick Rivera Garcia (TF 20-4), Mohamed Aly (fall), and Carmelo Acevedo (fall), each earning solid contested victories. Despite these four wins, the Cedars couldn’t overcome the Red Tornado’s overall depth.

Annville-Cleona 54, Columbia 22 – The Dutchmen earned a decisive win over the Crimson Tide behind a series of impressive contested victories, highlighted by Jayden Jorge’s fall at 114, Maddox White’s first-period pin at 127, and additional pins from Devon Englehart, Oliver Funk, Blaine Leitz, and Jaxon Speece.

Hempfield 54, Cedar Crest 6 – The Falcons fell to a strong Hempfield squad, but the Falcons earned two hard-fought victories as Landyn Kline secured a fall at 189 pounds and Jordan Pfaff added a solid decision at heavyweight.

Lebanon 41, Reading 29 – The Cedars picked up several strong victories in contested bouts, led by Juan Ramos Vazquez, Sebastian Echevarria Figueroa, and Erick Rivera Garcia, who each delivered dominant performances. Jafthy Alicea and Derryck Brickle added key falls to round out the Cedars’ winning efforts on the mat.

 

Girls Wrestling

Reading 36, Lebanon 33 – The Cedars came up just short but earned a contested victory from Yamilett Gonzalez Bautista, who posted an impressive 8–1 decision at 170 pounds. Despite several strong efforts, the Cedars were unable to overcome Reading’s advantage in the remaining contested bouts.
