Schuylkill Valley 4, Annville-Cleona 1 – Travis Hostetter scored AC’s lone goal. Goalkeeper George Maag made several stops, including successfully defending a penalty kick.

GIRLS TENNIS

Annville-Cleona 4, McCaskey 1 – Nia Hafey and Olivia Morrissey won their Singles matches, while the Doubles pairings of Gabriella Tetzlaff/Abigail Dolan and Hannah White/Allie Smith won their matches

Northern Lebanon 5, Lebanon 2 – Shuey and Hollinger won in Singles, then won together in Doubles. The teams of Thompson/Wang and Lopez/Troup sealed the victory for Northern Lebanon. For the Cedars, Sarah Zheng and Scarlett Meyer were winners in Singles.

New Covenant 3, Lancaster Country 0 – Keira Kantner, Miracle Hershey, & Kai Hershey each scored for the Flames. Emma Stevenson made 7 saves.

FIELD HOCKEY

Annville-Cleona 8, Middletown 3 – Kendall Cooper and Olivia Viozzi each scored twice, while Danika Setlock, Claire Francis, Nora Hoover, and Savannah Kleinfelter also scored for AC. Cooper and Setlock each added an assist.

Thursday, August 22nd

GIRLS TENNIS

ELCO 4, Lebanon 3 – For ELCO, Reece Woelfling and Nicole Books won their Singles matchups, while Woelfing/Books and Kate Bozman/Alexis Harts won their Doubles. For Lebanon, Sally Zheng and Scarlett Meyer were individual winners, with the team of Meyer/Bartal winning in Doubles.

Annville-Cleona 4, Solanco 3 – Amelia Summers/Nia Hafey, Olivia Morrissey/Gabriella Tetzlaff, Mackenzie Long/Hannah White swept the Doubles, while Tetzlaff decided the match with her win out of the #4 Singles slot
