Lebanon’s Back on Track, Right on Time

On Tuesday night, the Lebanon Cedar boys basketball team had a large victory against the Conestoga Valley Buckskins, 70-47.

The Cedars started off strong and pushed through the Buckskins’ tight defense. Throughout the course of the game, it was evident that both teams were playing aggressive.

The Buckskins managed to pull multiple fast breaks on the Cedars. Lebanon managed to recover from this, ending the first quarter at a 17-11 lead.

Going into the second quarter, the Cedars continued to increase in points, while withstanding the Buckskins fouls. Both teams were getting fouls continuously.

Lebanon pushed through  CV’s defense and made several layups. The score going into halftime was in the Cedars’ favor, 32-19.

Starting off the third quarter, both teams didn’t waste any time pushing the ball up the court, trying to get as many fast breaks in as possible. The Cedars went into the final quarter with 47 points. On the other hand, the Buckskins went into it with 36.

The last quarter both teams scrambled to dominate the other in points. Shots were put up at any given chance.

Although, with this battle of who will win, resulted with the cedars victory. Cedars 70, Buckskins 47.

The Lebanon Cedar boys ended their season on a high note with their triumph.
