Lebanon Girls Basketball Season Outlook

Lebanon High School enters the 2025–26 season as the defending Lancaster Lebanon League champions, having won four straight section titles before falling in the second round of the PIAA State Championship Tournament last year. The Cedars will look to continue their proud tradition of program success, despite graduating Lebanon’s all-time leading scorer Kailah Correa and Lili Harrison, who finished her career with 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds. Both are excelling in their freshman seasons at the University of Delaware and Delaware State, respectively.

That said, the Cedars return a four-year starter in Olive Brandt, a senior guard who averaged 12.7 points per game last season and was named First Team All-County. Brandt, who is committed to Elizabethtown College, will be supported by a strong group of upperclassmen, including Nina Harrison (the team’s defensive leader), Tayana Camuy, Skylar Strickler, Jezauni Hernandez, Jamary Gonzalez, Amani Morales, Jalyne Mejia, and Liz Ortiz. Freshmen Nina Lampkin and Lili Kelly will add depth and are poised to earn valuable varsity minutes.

Under 10th-year head coach Jaime Walborn, known for developing leaders and maximizing his players’ potential, the Cedars emphasize fundamentals they can control each night—defense, discipline, and teamwork. With several top scorers graduated, the team will focus on patience on offense, smart shot selection, and developing new leaders ready to step into larger roles. Lebanon aims to combine proven leadership and depth with strong team defense to compete at a high level in league, section, district, and state play.
