GIRLS BASKETBALL

Loyalsock 34, Cedar Crest 24 – The Lady Falcons fell behind early and could not catch up. Kaila Francis was Crest’s leading scorer with 8 points. Elli Malinoski pitched in 7 points. Cedar Crest is now 3-3.

 

BOYS BASKETBALL

ELCO 61, Schuylkill Valley 59 [OT] – After trailing by 9 at halftime, ELCO used a strong 2nd half to overcome SV in OT. Three Raiders reached double figures Micah Gray (18), Kaden Shultz-Tillison (16), Josiah Hayes (11). The Raiders have brought their record to an even 3-3.

Solanco 48, Lebanon 37 – Nate Trace led the Cedars with 9 points. In total, eight players registered points for Lebanon. They are now 4-3.

 

 

 

 

Friday, December 13

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Palmyra 51, Milton Hershey 47  – Mya Doster went 9-11 from the foul line on her way to a game high 19 points. Addi Salus chipped in 11 points as the lady Cougars moved to 3-1.

Lebanon 71, McCaskey 33 – Kailah Correa led with 23 points, while Lili Harrison added 15 to aid the Cedars in their decisive victory to open Section 1 play. The Cedars are now 3-1.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Annville-Cleona 46, Lancaster Country Day 37 – Elisha Slabach led the Dutchmen with 16 points, going 6-6 on free throws. Jon Shay had 11 points, while Anthony Pena clocked in with 9 points. The Dutchmen improved to 4-1.

Lebanon 63, McCaskey 56 – Leading the Cedars were Robert Santiago with 18 points & Manny Suarez with 17 points. Derek Franco also entered double figures with 10 points. The Cedars improved to 4-2.

New Covenant 57, Covenant Christian 27

Northern Lebanon 50, Pequea Valley 43 – The Vikings used a balanced scoring attack that featured 12 points from Brady Krall, along with Andrew Via scoring 11 & Riley Messinger scoring 10. NL improved to 2-3.

 

BOWLING

Conestoga Valley 7, Lebanon 0 – Tyson Griffiths led with a 206 high game & 571 series for the Cedars.

 

 

 

Thursday, December 12

GIRLS BASKETBALL

ELCO 41, Donegal 29 – Kenzie Eckhart scored 14 points to lead the Raiders. Reece Woelfling joined her in double figures, hitting two threes in the 1st quarter on her way to scoring 11 points.

Northern Lebanon 43, Manheim Central 38 [OT] – Hayley Sheroky scored 21 points to lead the Lady Vikings in the OT victory. NL outscored 5-0 in the extra period, with Sheroky going 4-4 as part of a perfect 8-8 night from the free throw line.

 

BOYS BASKETBALL

ELCO 68, Donegal 51 – Josiah Hayes led the Raiders with 21 points, while Kaden Shultz-Tillison (KST) chipped in 19 points. Andy Herr’s LLHoops Article

Northern Lebanon 5, Garden Spot 2 – Charlie Albirght recorded a perfect 300 game on his way to a 771 series!!! The Vikings had 3140 pins to 2873 for Spot.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

York 41, Cedar Crest 30 – Kaila Francis led the Lady Falcons with 15 points.

Cedar Cliff 31, Palmyra 29 – Mya Doster & Addi Salus each scored 12 points for the Lady Cougars.

Lehigh Valley Charter 54, Our Lady of the Cross 39 – Riley Hatzfeld led OLC with 30 points, which included four threes.

 

BOYS BASKETBALL

Palmyra 47, Cedar Cliff 36 

Cedar Crest 47, Conrad Weiser 41 – Danny Speaks led the victorious effort with 15 points, while Jackson Custer & Jack Waranavage each added 10 points.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Annville-Cleona 39, Octorara 19 – Kendall Cooper led AC with 16 points.

New Covenant 73, Lititz Christian 31

 

BOYS BASKETBALL

Annville-Cleona 45, Northern Lebanon 44 – Elisha Slabach scored 26 to lead the Dutchmen in the close victory over their northern neighbor. Northern Lebanon’s Brady Krall matched Slabach for the game high in points.

New Covenant 40, Lititz Christian 38 – Freshman Alex Hart scored 13 to lead the Flames. His points included a game-tying three in the final minute followed by two successful free throws in the closing seconds to give New Covenant the victory.

Warwick 73, Lebanon 47 – Ben DiScuillo led the Cedars with 19 points.

Hamburg 70, ELCO 63 – Micah Gray scored 24 points, 19 of which came in the 2nd half, while Gavin Bicher scored 18, with 16 coming in the 2nd half, as the ELCO rally fell short after trailing 41-18 at the half.

McCaskey 5, Lebanon 2 – Tyson Griffiths led Lebanon with a 203 high game and a 524 series.

Annville-Cleona 52, Linden Hall 12 – Kendall Cooper scored 18 points in the 1st quarter as the Dutchmen rolled to victory.

Lebanon 58, Reading 42 – Kailah Correa led the way, scoring 22 points for the Cedars. Olive Brandt & Lili Harrison each added 13.

ELCO 62, Warwick 42 – Kenzie Eckhart scored 25 & Maddie Stout added 23 in the Raider victory.
